How do I reserve event space?
Please contact us at events@pizzaluce.com or call us at 612.333.7359 to see if your date is available. Our Manager will provide you with a detailed contract for your event. Your signed contract along with a $250.00 deposit will secure your event.
What is included with my event space reservation?
Pizza Luce provides Flat-Screen Televisions, Wireless Internet and A/V hook-ups at no additional cost, china and flatware service is also included.
Can I bring in my own food or beverage?
With the exception of a custom wedding cake, no outside food or beverage is permitted.
(No exceptions regardless of vendor)
When are my menu selections and final guest counts due?
Final Guest Counts and Menu Details must be submitted within 3 business days of your event. If a final guarantee is not received, Pizza Luce will use your contracted estimated attendance as a guarantee and you will be responsible for all costs.
Can I have a DJ or Band at my event?
Musicians and DJ's are welcome to entertain at your event. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred, including but not limited to: equipment rental, permits & licenses and any damages incurred by the musicians / DJ. No adult entertainment is permitted.
I have guests with dietary restrictions,
can you accommodate them?
Pizza Luce can accommodate Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free and Gluten Free guests. Please speak with the Events Manager regarding your specific needs.
Where should my guests park?
Pizza Luce is located near several surface lots and parking ramps (please see map here).
There is also metered on-street parking surrounding our location.
